Terms and Conditions for Fundraising for MISK Masjid Project - Phase 1 Land Purchase

Welcome to the fundraising initiative for the MISK Masjid Project - Phase 1 Land Purchase. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our fundraising campaign. By making a donation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Purpose of Fundraising
The funds raised through this campaign will be used exclusively for the purchase of land for the MISK Masjid Project - Phase 1. Any surplus funds will be allocated to subsequent phases of the project or other related activities.
2. Donations
Eligibility: Donors must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Method of Donation: Donations can be made through our website, bank transfer, or other designated methods.
Currency: All donations must be made in INR (Indian Rupees).
Receipt of Donation: A receipt will be issued for each donation made. This receipt can be used for tax deduction purposes if applicable under local laws.
3. Use of Funds
All donations will be used strictly for the purposes outlined in this fundraising campaign. The management and allocation of the funds will be under the oversight of the MISK Educational and Welfare Trust.
4. Refund Policy
Donations made to the MISK Masjid Project - Phase 1 Land Purchase are non-refundable. However, if you believe that a donation was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the donation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
